Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: unflavored gelatin, fruit juice, and cold water in a saucepan.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin by mixing it with cold water in a small saucepan and letting it rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Measure out the fruit juice and warm the bloomed gelatin, stirring until fully dissolved.
  4. Gradually mix the fruit juice into the dissolved gelatin until blended.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
