  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored Gelatin
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., Honey or Stevia, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients, ensuring you have quality apple cider vinegar, gelatin, water, and sweeteners.
  2. Heat about 1 cup of water in a saucepan until nearly boiling (around 200°F), taking 5-7 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Remove the water from heat and sprinkle the gelatin over it, stirring until completely dissolved.
  4. Add in 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and mix well.
  5. If desired, mix in sweetener to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  7. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours until set.

Notes

Experiment with flavor variations by using flavored teas, adding extracts or citrus juices. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
