Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Delicious, chewy gummies made with apple cider vinegar for a convenient weight loss supplement.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 cup apple juice or fruit puree
  • 2 tablespoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or erythritol)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
  • Adjustable water (for consistency)
  • Optional: powdered vitamins or pectin

Instructions

  1. Bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the liquid base: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup apple juice and 2 tablespoons sweetener and warm over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Dissolve the gelatin: Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm juice and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and add vinegar: Stir in 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and taste to adjust sweetness.
  5. Pour into molds: Carefully pour the liquid into molds and tap to release air bubbles.
  6. Chill until set: Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  7. Remove and store: Pop gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

For a lower-calorie option, dust lightly with a no-calorie powdered sweetener if desired.
