Canaan Honey Drink

A simple, soothing beverage made from honey, lemon, and warm water to support hydration and mild weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 8 to 10 ounces warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
  • Cinnamon stick (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water to warm temperature (about 120 to 140°F).
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of honey to a mug.
  3. Pour warm water over the honey and stir until dissolved.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir.
  5. If using, add ginger or a cinnamon stick and let steep for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 30 to 60 seconds, then enjoy.

Notes

Can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours; reheat gently before drinking.
