Canaan Honey Recipe

A simple honey-based morning tonic that supports weight loss and gentle digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Canaan honey
  • 1 cup warm water (40 to 50 degrees Celsius)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water to about 40 to 50 degrees Celsius.
  2. Spoon 1 teaspoon of Canaan honey into your mug.
  3. Pour the warm water over the honey and stir for 20 to 30 seconds until dissolved.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon if desired, and stir to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness as needed.
  6. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes before sipping.
  7. If preparing ahead, refrigerate in a sealed jar and reheat gently before serving.
