Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Collect your listed ingredients, ensuring you have unflavored gelatin and your choice of fruit juice.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin. Let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Heat Mixture: Place the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until the gelatin fully dissolves, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add Juice and Sweetener: Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of fruit juice and any desired sweeteners.
  5. Pour into Molds: Transfer the mixture into molds or a shallow dish, adding fresh fruit if using.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the gelatin is fully set.
