Dr. Oz Manuka Honey Lemon Wellness Drink

A simple warm beverage combining Manuka honey, fresh lemon juice, and hot water, this soothing tonic supports hydration and healthy beverage choices.

  • 1 teaspoon Manuka honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 6 to 8 ounces hot water (about 140 to 160°F or 60 to 70°C)
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Heat 6 to 8 ounces of water until it reaches about 140 to 160°F (60 to 70°C). Stop short of a rolling boil.
  2. Squeeze 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into a mug, straining if necessary.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of Manuka honey to the mug and pour in the warm water. Stir until the honey is dissolved.
  4. Optional: sprinkle a tiny pinch of cinnamon or add a thin lemon slice for flavor.
  5. Let the drink cool for 1 to 2 minutes before sipping slowly.

Notes

Reduce honey for lower calories or customize with fresh herbs for added flavor.
