Dr. Rocio Pink Gelatin Drink

A refreshing gelatin drink that supports weight loss with a delightful fruity flavor.

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 cup fruit juice (strawberry, berry or your choice)
  • 1 cup water
  • Sweetener (optional, like honey or agave)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients including gelatin, fruit juice, water, and optional sweeteners.
  2. In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil on medium heat.
  3. Remove the pot from heat and slowly whisk in 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder until fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of your favorite fruit juice.
  5. If desired, add a sweetener to your mixture and whisk until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a suitable container and place it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to allow it to set completely.
  7. Once set, cut into squares or scoop into bowls and serve cold.

Notes

Consider adding lemon juice for detoxifying properties or using sugar-free gelatin for a low-calorie version.
