A simple, nutritious dessert that combines fruit juices and gelatin for a refreshing treat, perfect for weight loss.

  • 2 cups 100% fruit juice (e.g., orange, berry, or apple)
  • 1 packet of gelatin (or equivalent of agar-agar for a vegan option)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Natural sweetener (optional, e.g., honey or agave)
  • Add-ins such as fresh fruits, herbs, or spices (optional)

Instructions

  1. Assemble all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of fruit juice over medium heat; do not boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  5. If desired, mix in sweeteners or optional add-ins.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a glass dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, cut into slices or cubes and enjoy your refreshing fruit juice gelatin!

Notes

For a low-calorie version, use low-calorie fruit juices and unsweetened gelatin. Always allow enough time for the gelatin to set properly.
