  3. Dissolve gelatin: In a bowl, sprinkle gelatin over the warm water and stir well until completely dissolved (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Add flavor: If desired, mix in lemon juice and honey or stevia for sweetness. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  5. Infuse aroma: If using, add grated ginger and stir. Allow the mixture to cool down slightly before drinking.
  6. Chill (optional): For a refreshing twist, refrigerate for about 30 minutes (but consume it warm if you prefer).
