A simple, low-calorie gel snack made from unflavored gelatin, water, and light flavorings, perfect for curbing cravings and supporting hydration.

  • 1 cup hot water or hot herbal tea
  • 1/4 cup cold water (for blooming)

  • Fresh berries or citrus zest (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Heat the liquid: Warm water or tea and pour over bloomed gelatin.
  3. Sweeten and flavor: Add sweetener and optional flavors, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Cool slightly and transfer: Let sit for 5 minutes, then pour into molds or dish.
  5. Chill until set: Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
  6. Serve or portion: Cut into squares or scoop into bowls, garnishing if desired.
