Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Warm the remaining 1/2 cup of fruit juice in a saucepan over low heat until steaming.
  4. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm juice until completely dissolved. If using sweetener, mix it in now.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for 2-4 hours until set.
  6. Cut into squares if using a shallow dish and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
