Gelatin Weight Loss Recipe

A delightful gelatin snack that promotes weight loss while satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons powdered gelatin
  • 2 cups fruit juice (any flavor)
  • Sweetener of choice (optional, like honey or stevia)
  • Water (for dissolving gelatin)
  • Optional add-ins: Fresh fruit pieces or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin by mixing 2 cups of fruit juice with 2 tablespoons of powdered gelatin in a small bowl. Stir until fully dissolved (about 5 minutes).
  2. Transfer the mixture to a small pot over low heat and gently warm while stirring until combined (3–4 minutes).
  3. If desired, add your chosen sweetener and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cool the mixture for about 5 minutes before pouring.
  5. Pour into molds or a large dish.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours until set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds and serve chilled.

Notes

Can be prepared up to a week in advance. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
