Chia Seed Water

A refreshing beverage combining chia seeds and water, perfect for hydration and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • Optional flavorings: lemon juice, honey

Instructions

  1. Measure chia seeds and prepare 2 tablespoons for every cup of water.
  2. In a glass or jar, mix the chia seeds with water. Stir well.
  3. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes to allow seeds to absorb water and swell.
  4. Stir again to break up any clumps.
  5. Add optional flavorings like lemon juice or honey, and mix well.
  6. For a chilled drink, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Enjoy fresh or store for later use; stir before consuming!

Notes

Experiment with flavors by adding fruits or spices. Start slow with chia seeds if new to them.
