  • Honey to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Ensure you have fresh turmeric, ginger, honey, lemon juice, and water on hand.
  2. Prepare the turmeric and ginger: Peel and grate them finely.
  3. Boil water: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  4. Infuse the mixture: Add the grated turmeric and ginger to the boiling water and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture: Strain the liquid into a mug or bowl to remove solid bits.
