Lipojaro Jello

A simple, low-calorie gelatin-based dessert that helps manage cravings while providing a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 packet low-calorie flavored drink mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water or chilled herbal tea
  • Optional: 1 scoop dissolved collagen powder or unflavored protein
  • Optional: small handful of fresh berries or sliced citrus

Instructions

  1. Measure the gelatin and sprinkle it over 1/4 cup of cold water to bloom for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil and pour it over the bloomed gelatin, stirring for 30 to 60 seconds until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in the flavored drink mix or sweetener until dissolved.
  4. Add the remaining cold water or chilled herbal tea and any dissolved protein powder.
  5. Pour into a shallow container or molds, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Serve chilled, adding fruit if desired and storing unused portions covered for up to 5 days.

Notes

This jello can be a structured, low-calorie snack and pairs well with fiber or healthy fats for added satiety.
