Perfect Gelatin Fruit Gummies

Delicious and healthy homemade fruit gummies that satisfy sweet cravings while supporting weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 100% Fruit juice
  • Gelatin
  • Honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Fresh or frozen fruits (optional)
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Make sure you have your selected fruit juice, gelatin, sweetener, and any additional fruit ready to go.
  2. Mix fruit juice and sweetener in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir until combined; the mixture should be warm but not boiling.
  3. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the juice mixture. Let it sit for a minute to bloom, which will help it dissolve properly.
  4. Whisk the mixture continuously on low heat until the gelatin is fully dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. If using fresh fruits, stir them in at this point.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds, filling each cavity about ¾ full. Use silicone molds for easier removal.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for about 60-120 minutes until the gummies are firm to the touch.

Notes

Customize flavors and ensure proper cooling for best results. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
